A Decade of Impact: Celebrating Yamilet at IRCF
Congratulations to Yamilet Cendejas for her 10 years of service at Indian River Community Foundation. Yamilet began her tenure during her senior year at Indian River State College, where she was a leader in the school’s business honors society.
Over the past ten years, Yamilet has helped shape Indian River Community Foundation’s work in meaningful ways. Yamilet has contributed to a number of important projects including publication of IRCF’s report “Transfer of Wealth in Indian River County,” Jumpstart an initiative to build fundraising capacity at developing local charities, and the Endowment Partners Program supporting financial sustainability through planned giving to local charities. Yamilet was recently selected as one of 26 participants in the Council on Foundations Career Pathways Program. This rigorous leadership development program supports a diverse cohort of community foundation professionals from across the United States.
