Florida nonprofits are invited to participate in the first-ever statewide Compensation & Benefits Survey, launched by Florida Nonprofit Alliance and partners across the state.
The survey will support the development of a comprehensive Compensation & Benefits Report and Dashboard, providing valuable benchmarking data for nonprofit positions across organizations of varying sizes throughout Florida. The resulting data will help nonprofit leaders make informed decisions about hiring, retention, budgeting, and compensation practices while demonstrating sound management to funders, donors, and community stakeholders.
